Jason Douglas, MHA, FACHE, CMPE, LHNA, HSE
Jason is a results-oriented healthcare executive with over twenty-five years of progressive, senior-level leadership within non-profit, governmental, community-based hospitals and integrated health systems. His oversight and leadership responsibilities have included acute medical, surgical, and emergency services; inpatient and outpatient behavioral health; skilled, long-term care (including assisted living and community-based residential facility (CBRF)); and home and community-based services. He has a demonstrated ability to develop successful working relationships with key constituents, including medical staff, governing boards, employees, and the communities served. He also has a proven track record for dramatically improving all pillars of success for each organization represented (Quality, Service, Engagement, Finance, and Community). Jason has a strong operational background with the ability to translate strategic goals and initiatives into tangible results. Jason also brings a high sense of Emotional Awareness having participated in the - Myers-Briggs® S II™ (MBTI®), FIRO-B®, Extended DISC® Individual Assessment EQ-I 2.0 and 16PF®
Nate currently owns and operates a consulting firm to assist small and mid-sized business in all facets of human resource disciplines. NWL Consulting specializes in areas such as recruitment strategies, retention strategies, employee engagement, policy creation and review, health insurance review, retirement benefits review, market competitive compensation reviews, compensation philosophies, employee relations and communication of total rewards and total compensation packages.
Prior to creating NWL Consulting, he served as a healthcare executive with over twenty years of experience within non-profit and community health systems. His oversight and leadership responsibilities included Laboratory, Radiology, Rehab Services, Facilities, Home Health, Hospice, Environmental Services, Nutritional Services, Foundation all while serving as the executive sponsor overseeing the Human Resource functions including productivity management. His position reported directly to the CEO and played an integral role in regular communication to the Board of Directors. Nate played an essential role in operational performance in conjunction to strategic goals and initiatives.

As a trusted advisor Tyler is known for his resilient commitment to balance strategic decisions and financial disciplines to consistently deliver results.
Tyler’s pattern of success as a relationship builder helping healthcare organizations improve through collaboration of key stakeholders’ spans over twenty-five years.
Tyler most recently served as the Vice President of Surgical and Radiology Services Lines for HealthPartners Medical Group and Regions Hospital. In that role he oversaw surgical operations across 29 operating rooms and 12+ surgical practices, and all hospital and ambulatory based radiology operations. In addition, at Regions, Tyler led Environmental Services, Transport, Volunteer and Guest Services, as well as strategically led Patient Experience where he engaged over 6000 employees on both cultural and strategic initiatives resulting in improved care in the community. He led over 1500 staff. He managed gross revenue of $1,175,000,000 and an overall expense structure of $300,000,000+ where he consistently exceeded budget targets to support strategic growth.
In his over 20 years at HealthPartners/Regions, Tyler served as Vice President of Operations and Ancillary Services where he led the Laboratory, Patient and Guest Experience, Pharmacy, Radiology and Surgical Services areas. As Executive Director of Ancillary Services he was accountable for the Laboratory, Pharmacy and Radiology areas and as the Director of Medicine and Surgical Specialties he oversaw Audiology, Dermatology, Nephrology, Otolaryngology, Plastic and Hand Surgery and Urology.
Prior to joining HealthPartners, Tyler was a Practice Manager at Park Dental and a Senior Planning Analyst and Supervisor of Medical Clinics at Hennepin Health, formerly Hennepin County Medical Center.
Through his leadership style, Tyler builds trust, motivates his team and casts a strategic vision across the organization of a shared purpose to achieve exceptional results. Tyler holds his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Biology from Saint Olaf College and an MBA in Medical Group Management from the University of Saint Thomas. Tyler also was a Certified Medical Practice Executive (CMPE) and completed America’s Health Insurance Plans Executive Leadership Program. He formerly was a member of MGMA/ACMPE and the American College of Healthcare Executives.
Craig Saylor

Craig spent most of his career in healthcare focused on leadership and healthcare quality and has a driving passion to serve community hospitals.
Craig began as a Registered Respiratory Therapist and added Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality and Fellowship Status with the American College for Healthcare Executives.
Craig Currently provides healthcare consultation services and is a minority owner of a hockey team.
Jess Nuutinen, RN, BSN, MSN, MBA-HCM brings over two decades of distinguished nursing leadership experience to Frontier Strategy Partners. As a former Nurse Administrator for Mayo Clinic Health System and Chief Nursing Officer/Chief Operating Officer for multiple rural and critical access hospitals across Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Texas, she possesses deep expertise in healthcare operations and clinical excellence.
Throughout her career, Jess has specialized in optimizing nurse practice and clinical operations for rural, critical access, and community-based hospitals. Her comprehensive experience spans multiple service lines including Medical/Surgical, Obstetrics, Emergency Medicine, Surgery, Behavioral Health, Rehabilitation Services, Pharmacy, Laboratory Services, Radiology, Population Health, and Long-Term Care.
A proven leader in healthcare emergency preparedness, Jess excels at building high-performing teams and fostering positive organizational cultures through relationship development. Her strategic approach combines clinical excellence with operational efficiency, ensuring healthcare organizations can deliver outstanding patient care while maintaining operational sustainability.
